We believe communities are experts in their own lived environments. Our approach makes planning accessible, meets people where they are, and creates space for lived experience, community history, and local knowledge to inform decisions.
Our work includes engagement strategy, multilingual outreach and communications, workshops and pop-ups, participatory activities, facilitation, surveys and community research, community leadership programs, and engagement analysis.

We work with public agencies, community organizations, and multidisciplinary planning and design teams throughout the region.
While our work is centered in Greater Houston, our portfolio extends to communities across Texas and beyond, including Brownsville, Austin, San Diego, and Minneapolis.
Our portfolio spans parks system master plans and individual park designs; Livable Centers studies and neighborhood and area plans; and a growing body of mobility, connectivity, and housing work.
