multilingual capacity-building
We work with communities, organizations, and institutions to build the skills, systems, and relationships needed for impactful multilingual work.
Through training, strategic planning, coaching, and accompaniment, we help partners move beyond one-time language access toward deeper, more sustainable participation and leadership across languages.
training & leadership development
We design interactive trainings and cohort-based programs that build practical skills and strengthen multilingual leadership within organizations and communities.
Interpreting for Justice
I4J is a community interpreter training and leadership development fellowship. Since 2022, I4J has prepared more than 120 community leaders across the Houston region.
We work alongside organizations to strengthen how they communicate, engage, and build relationships across languages—from assessing current practices and developing strategies to coaching teams and supporting implementation.
